1.1: Establishment of North Construction DepartmentThe North Construction Department was established in May 1962, and it oversees six subdivisions: Satara, Koregaon, Phaltan, Khandala, Wai, and Mahabaleshwar

1.2: Vision & Mission

To ensure effective implementation of schemes under the district annual plan and state government initiatives. These include constructing and repairing high-quality roads, constructing new buildings, renovating and expanding existing structures, building small bridges and culverts, publishing e-tenders, issuing work orders, ensuring quality control, timely completion of work, and maximizing government grants for development projects.

3.1: Services

Under the directives of the Rural Development Department of the Maharashtra Government, the following services are provided:

1. Registration certificates for unemployed engineers
2. Registration certificates for labor cooperative societies
3. Registration certificates for contractors
